The Tobacco Free Guam Program is dedicated to reducing and preventing the number of illnesses and deaths associated with smoking. By bringing awareness to the community on the dangers of tobacco usage, we strive toward a Tobacco Free Guam.

  PL 21-139: Regulates smoking in public places and places of employment.

_ Chamorros had the highest smoking rates at 40.4%, followed by Palauans and those of mixed ethnicity.
_ Adults who were separated (42.9%) or members of an unmarried couple (42.5%) had the highest rates, while those who were widowed had the lowest (17.5%).
